What would you do if you know you are going to die?

A rather daunting question to ponder this early in the morning.  Nevertheless, reading the piece by Teh Joo Lin & Kimberly Spykerman titled "If I don't make it out..." drove away my usual morning stupor and brought tears to my eyes.

What would one do?

I have a short conversation with SH, I asked:

"What would you do if you know you are going to die?"

"I dunno", she paused

"I guess if i had a phone and could use it then send smses to the pple i love lor"

me: "yeah, i think that's that"

me:"I dont know what dying with dignity means. rather I can't imagine how it would be"

"but i suppose this is it"

I had meant to go pay respect, but SH felt that it's hard as it is to lose a loved one, let along having to put up with strangers budging into your life.  So I will pay my respect here.  I pray for you.  I pray for all who perish to find peace and solace in their own religion.  I pray for a world with more tolerances and respect for one and other.  I thank God for the peace and harmony that He bestowed upon our nation.  Lest we should forget.
