Bloglines - Relationship between Men and Women Tennis Matches

PY's post on how men are drawn to women's tennis game. Hate to break it to you, Ana just got bundled out of Wimbledon by a Chinese player, who is one head shorter than her.

One step at a time...

Relationship between Men and Women Tennis Matches

By Peiying

MIAMI, FL (Sportsman's Daily Wire Service) Twenty year old tennis phenom Ana Ivanovic has answered her fan's pleas to make her game more alluring by agreeing to hike her skirt an additional two inches at the upcoming Sony Ericsson Open in Miami. The move is meant to attract more male fans, (and some curious female fans) to her matches.

"She's a wonderful tennis player and a beautiful woman, but let's face it, guys go to women's matches to watch their skirts flip up while serving," said Alan Garver, a representative from IMG. "Catching a glimpse of peach colored panties, as delicate beads of perspiration slowly cascade down tight and tanned thighs can be a splendid thing. It often inspires the older male fans to harken back to their innocent youth and the days of grabbing their first titty or swapping spit with their cousin's older girlfriend. So, on a business level, the hiking of the skirt works."

"I was drawn to tennis because of the women," said John McEnroe. "A lot of people attribute my meteoric rise to stardom to my insatiable will to win and off and on court intensity. That's total bullshit. I just wanted to take a healthy peek at Chrissy Evert's unyielding ass – back when she was the perky, Catholic school girl type and was something to behold; not the stone faced and acrid ogre we've all had to endure the past twenty years."

"We're all excited about Ana's decision to hike her skirt," said former pro and current tennis analyst Mary Joe Fernandez. "Hopefully after this we won't get shit from the men about making the same money. When you combine a brilliant baseline stroke with taut ass cheeks, the world is your oyster."

Ivanovic was a Serbian wunderkind who soared up the women's rankings after turning pro in 2003. Savvy sports marketing pros as well as some perverted German businessmen lurking outside her practice facility had her pegged early on as a future tennis diva.

"I liken her to a Balkan Anna Kournikova with brains," said Glenn Adamchak of the independent marketing firm, The Reserve Group. "She's the perfect Bond girl – with the come hither stare, charming accent, and the kind of dynamic athleticism that makes you think she could do a series of back flips, make a perfect pinpoint landing on your shoulders and snap your neck with a tidy twist of her inner thigh. She's big business and we all want a piece of her."

Bloglines - AirPiano single-handedly redeems air instruments from irrelevancy

Now this is cool in its own ways. I definitely dig the music therapy potential. Can imagine a dimly lit room sporting nothing but a comfortable sofa, hidden speaker system, a projector that throws sound activated graphics and this air keyboard.

What you play is really irrelevant.

AirPiano single-handedly redeems air instruments from irrelevancy

By Darren Murph on video

Filed under:

With the introduction of the Air Guitar Rocker, we pretty much bid the art of air rockin' adieu. No longer could we slam our belt buckles in an attempt to whammy a downright nasty Bb chord without feeling ashamed. Thanks to the AirPiano, however, imaginary musicians the world over may have one more chance to garner the respect of innocent bystanders. This instrument, which is truthfully more akin to a theremin than a bona fide piano, enables users to emit beautiful tones without ever touching the "keys." It's even smart enough to sustain a note if you hold your hand over a particular area for an extended time. We don't hand out unwarranted props, but we can't help but tip our hats to this one. Head past the break for a video of what we're gushing over.

Treo 800w spec sheets and training materials reveal details, lack of MMS

Treo 800w Specifications
We're not sure where our tipster got these pictures (nor are we going to ask), but they appear to be screens from the Treo 800w's specification and knowledge training documentation. New tidbits include a 333 Mhz processor, 4.4.1 x 2.28 x 0.73-inch dimensions, 320 x 320 pixel screen, and a weight of 4.94 ounces. Windows Mobile 6.1 looks to be in full-force, the camera shoots at 2 MP, and the USB port is 2.0. As for other revealed features, you're looking at threaded SMS chat, but MMS is mysteriously missing in lieu of Sprint Picture Mail, a trend that continues to confuse us. If all this pans out, look for the 800w to be available on July 13th for $249.99. Hit the continue link to see the rest of the juicy shots and details.

[Thanks, brian]
